Three problems existing in separation powder separator
After a period of observation and analysis, the following influencing factors are found:
(1) The fixing bolt of the guide blade is broken. This easily leads to changes in blade Angle, which not only affects product quality, but also has the possibility of falling.
(2) The fixed shaft of the guide blade is severely worn and cracked locally.
(3) The length of the guide blade is 3680mm, and the span of the blade is too long, resulting in large vibration during operation, unstable sorting air flow, and affecting the sorting efficiency of the powder separator.
(4) The rotor blade and the fixed plate, flange wear serious, causing the rotor blade fall off.
